Operation step clustering
1. Clean the grinding platform and oil cup
2. Gently button the oil cup onto the grinding platform
3. Pour the appropriate amount of abrasive into the oil cup and add the appropriate amount of Tenna water
4. As shown in the figure, gently push the oil cup on the platform and circulate in the shape of 8 until the oil cup is connected with Platform run-in to best effect.
5. Remove the oil cup and wash it
6. Clean the platform and wipe the solid anti-rust oil to protect the platform from rust
The process of grinding the oil cup is very simple and only takes about 10 minutes to complete
The purpose is to make the edge of the metal ring or ceramic ring sharp and flat so that the oil cup and steel plate can continue to play the best performance
Especially when the following three situations occur:
a. When replacing the thin steel sheet with a 10mm steel sheet:
b. When the ink leaks during normal use
c. When the ink on the steel plate is not clean in normal use
