1. Before mixing ink, the amount of ink consumed per color print should be calculated first to make the amount of ink appropriate. Especially for two-liquid reactive oils

2, to obtain the correct color, ink should be carried out under stable natural light, while can not count color juxtaposing observation, so as not to be affected by illusion. When configuring fresh ink, the addition of dark ink should be gradually close, do not add too much at once, and then use a lot of light ink to remedy. At the same time, the mixed hue should be reduced as much as possible, the more hue, the greater the gray scale.

In addition, attention should also be paid to the color changes before and after drying, such as light-colored substrates with large ink absorption, the ink color after drying is often light; The color difference of wet state, dry state and foaming state is large. The color of ceramic ink changes after firing. White ink will turn yellow after high temperature. Such color-changing laws require printers to accumulate experience and samples in practice to make their own color markers.
4. In addition, the factory screen printing ink, its viscosity is slightly larger, the user should be based on the characteristics of the printed image, screen printing, printing speed, workshop temperature, substrate surface tension and ink absorption performance, with appropriate solvents, diluents, surfactants and viscosity reducer, the viscosity of the ink, surface tension, fluidity and drying speed are comprehensively adjusted. For example, when silk screen printing fine lines and dots, the ink fluidity should be slightly smaller, and the drying speed can be slightly slower; Thick screen printing, the viscosity should be slightly larger, drying speed can be slightly faster; When printing at high speed, the fluidity is slightly larger, and the drying speed can be slightly faster; When the workshop temperature is high, the drying should be slightly slower and the viscosity is slightly larger; When the surface tension of the substrate is small, the surface tension of the ink should also be smaller; When the ink absorption of the substrate surface is strong, the fluidity and surface tension of the ink can be greater, and the drying speed can be slower. Adaptive adjustment technology also depends on practical experience.
Screen printing workers to adjust the ink, must do:
① Understand the various specifications and properties of ink; Make the matching ink suitable for production needs.
② Master the basic knowledge of color science, and use it freely in ink mixing.
(3) Analyze the color and process technology of printing to find out the color order of multiple colors, so as to avoid wrong color order, miscible two colors, and color changes.
When adjusting ink, we should also pay attention to the brightness of the ink color, requiring the brightness to be adjusted as far as possible with the primary color, otherwise it is easy to make the ink "gray", reducing the original color brightness.
